We had a wonderful stay at The Pebbles with delicious breakfasts and clean, comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach! 😊

Parking was tricky on the seafront so a 10 minute walk to the hotel with off street parking was superb. The room appeared to have been decorated recently to a very high standard, had good quality fittings and was very clean.

The owners were very welcoming - and provided information regarding local walks and facilities. Although not on the sea front, the hotel is only a five minute walk away

Room 9 featured modern decor, a ceiling fan for those muggy nights, and ample storage space including coat hangers. The mini fridge was a thoughtful touch, stocked with fresh water bottles.
The small double room felt cramped, with the sink and shower barely fitting in the shower room. The mattress sloped noticeably, pushing you to one side. Dog waste was an issue in the garden area, which detracted from the overall cleanliness and first impression.

The B&B was very clean and well decorated. Breakfast was very good.
Single room was very small, but never the less comfortable. Biscuits were not replenished after first night! No real complaints though.

Very friendly and willing to please any special requirements we only needed to ask.
I did find the walls pretty thin so you could hear people all around and above you, the shower was also very poor with no water pressure.

The management were ever so obliging and couldnt be any more helpfull if they tried. We have been travelling throughout Europe for the past 4 weeks and theirs was the best breakfast by far. The walls were a bit thin but that aside I couldnt fault it. I would definetly return there and I am very fussy.
Thin walls !

Airy and en suite rooms with central heating, an iron and ironing board, and a TV. Garden view, very amiable staff. Location really close to the beach/town centre, the harbour in 20 minutes and 10 minutes walk to the beach / town centre.

Karen and Paul are a lovely couple and made our stay so relaxing. The breakfasts were freshly cooked each morning and more than ample to set you up for the day ahead. It was a very relaxed atmosphere in the house and very clean. They are moving into the property next door later in the year called The Kimberley and if the standard of decor is continued in the new property which I dont doubt it will , it will be an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We would like to wish them all the best in their new property. Gwen and David from Scotland
